Discriminating Tank Sump Sensor (DTS) for EVO550/5000™ Consoles – Detects Hydrocarbons and Liquid in Fuel Containment Sumps

The Discriminating Dispenser Sump Sensor (DDS) is engineered to detect both liquid and hydrocarbons within dispenser containment sumps. Designed for seamless integration with EVO™ fuel management consoles, this sensor delivers rapid leak detection and real-time data communication, ensuring forecourt safety and compliance. Its robust construction and chemical compatibility make it ideal for harsh forecourt environments.

This mode is for EVO550/5000 only (requires a 3 Wire Sensor Board)

• Dual-level liquid detection: Utilizes magnetic float switches to identify liquid presence at two distinct levels.
• Hydrocarbon sensing: Employs an innovative polymer strip to accurately detect hydrocarbons, including fuel floating on water.
• Chemical compatibility: Constructed to be compatible with a wide range of fuels and chemicals commonly found in forecourt environments.
• Low detection height: Activates at 1½″ (38 mm) from the sensor base for early leak detection.
• Digital communication: Transmits encoded status information directly to EVO™ Series consoles.
• Integrated alarms: Provides alerts for sump liquid presence, hydrocarbon detection, full sump conditions, and sensor malfunctions.
• Flexible installation: Offers multiple mounting options and includes a bracket for quick and straightforward installation.
• Expandable input (FMP-DDS-UD model): Features an additional wire connection for integrating a 2-wire simple apparatus, such as an FMP-ULS, FMP-UHS, or FMP-HFS2, without the need for additional wiring from the EVO™ Series console.

Note:
- The FMP-DDS-UD connects to EVO™ 200/400 directly into one of the input channels and to the EVO™ 600/6000 via the Universal Device Protocol Module (FMP-UDP9) or Probe Module (TS-PRB).
- The FMP-DDS interfaces with EVO™ 550/5000 and EVO™ 600/6000 using the 3-Wire Sensor Module (TS-3WSNS).
